ature. It is who we are, what we are made of and where we come from.

Many of us like to spend time in nature. Camping at various times of the year with our famlies and friends. Hiking, rock climbing, boating on lakes, even to meditate and do retreats, Many of us can remember a vacation to a National Park like Yosemite. Not only is it fun, but it grounds us. 

I like to spend time in nature, listening to the sounds of nature, feeling the earth beneath my feet and playing in the cool refreshing water. 

If we are lucky, we see and hear wild animals, view awe inspiring mountains and watch eagles soaring high above us in the sky, appearing to  touch the sun.
